DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The major part of Felicia’s experience has been in Civil and Commercial Dispute Resolution. She has, inter alia, represented clients in contractual disputes, employment matters as well as tortious claims.
FAMILY LAW
Felicia also practises Family Law, mostly dealing with issues of divorce, custody, care & control of children, maintenance and division of matrimonial assets. She believes that to resolve any dispute, it is important to choose your battles wisely and prefers to help save clients time and costs by practising in a less acrimonious manner as far as possible.
ESTATE PLANNING & PROBATE
Felicia is also experienced in a range of Estate Matters, including drafting of Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney, as well as applications for Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration.
CRIMINAL LAW
Lastly, Felicia’s sense of justice has led her to practise Criminal Law as well and she has represented accused persons who pleaded guilty or decided to claim trial.
PRO BONO
In recent years, Felicia has also worked on an increasing number of civil and criminal cases involving migrant workers in Singapore on a Pro Bono basis. Two of the cases she has worked on with Cheow Hung, have been featured in an episode of "A Fighting Chance", a Channel News Asia documentary on the work of pro bono lawyers in Asia.
