Diana specialises in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, general corporate and commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and general corporate advisory work, with more than 10 years’ experience in these areas. She also has expertise and extensive experience in startup financing and venture capital.
Diana has been involved in many notable public and private M&A transactions during her time in practice. In particular, in the public M&A realm in recent years, she has represented Pteris Global Limited, a formerly SGX-listed company, in its post-delisting selective capital reduction, the Offeror in a mandatory conditional cash offer for the shares of SGX-listed Datapulse Technology Limited, the target in a voluntary unconditional cash offer for the shares of SGX-listed Ossia International Limited and the Offeror in a privatisation of Singapore Paincare Holdings Limited, by way of a scheme of arrangement. She has also handled complex cross-border private acquisitions, investments and joint ventures.
Diana also has a strong interest in partnering with startup founders in their startup journey for the long term, and assisting them with their startup needs, from incorporation to pre-series financing and equity fundraising. Her experience allows her to offer practical, commercial and effective advice.
Diana was recognised as a Rising Star by Asian Legal Business Singapore in 2025. Clients have described her as being highly appreciated for her "strong technical knowledge and meticulous nature" and being "reliable, responsive and quick to offer technically sound and commercial solutions and advice".
Prior to joining Beacon Law Corporation, Diana worked in a leading Singapore law firm, and helped establish a boutique corporate law practice thereafter.
