​Our Capital Markets practice provides our clients, including financial institutions, corporates, SMEs, start-ups and first time issuers, with expertise across an extensive range of capital markets matters, from ‘plain vanilla’ debt or equity deals to complex cross-jurisdiction transactions. 

Our Debt Capital Markets practice covers a wide spectrum of debt transactions, including MTN programmes and commercial paper programmes, structured debt, equity-linked products, green, social and sustainability bonds and liability management transactions. We also advise clients on their continuing obligations relating to their debt listings.

Our Equity Capital Markets practice advises issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings and secondary offerings such as rights issues and private placements. We also assist our clients with continuing listing requirements, including matters such as capitalisation issues, the adoption of employee share schemes and privatisations.
